Service Marketing Leader, Americas (Andover, MA or Pittsburgh, PA)

This role reports to the Sr. Director of America Service Growth & Global Marketing and is part of the Global Service Growth & Marketing team.
The position focuses on driving growth in the Americas service business by identifying opportunities across all business units, developing a strong service portfolio, and enhancing performance through market insights and analytics. Key responsibilities include downstream marketing efforts such as content creation, training material development, lead generation, and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 8-12 years of experience in the medical device or technology industry, ideally with a background in service, sales, marketing, or operations. Success requires strong data analysis skills, experience with platforms like SAP and Salesforce, and proven communication and consensus-building skills. You should also be capable of motivating change, establishing new processes, and have a solid understanding of digital marketing.

The anticipated base salary range is $120,000-150,000 USD annually, with actual offers based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Compensation may include sales commissions, incentives, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave, and wellness programs.
Additionally, there is a separate mention of a base compensation range of $60,000 - $80,000 USD, which appears to be for a different role or context; this should be clarified or removed to avoid confusion.
