Overview

Smith+Nephew designs and manufactures technology that enhances lives. This role reports to the Sr. Director of America Service Growth & Global Marketing and is part of the Global Service Growth & Marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth in the Americas service business by identifying opportunities across all units.
  • Develop a strong service portfolio and improve performance using market insights and analytics.
  • Lead downstream marketing efforts including content creation, training materials, lead generation, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in the medical device or tech industry, with a background in service, sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills, experience with SAP and Salesforce, excellent communication, and change management abilities.
Additional Details

This is a fixed-term position ending August 2025. Travel up to 20%. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 USD annually, plus incentives and benefits.
