Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Service Manager to support the store manager with facility operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise the service department, review inspections, create and present estimates, secure parts, and assist customers while driving sales and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
