Goodyear, a leader in tire and auto service centers, is seeking a Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of our bustling locations. You will manage the service department, schedule technicians, coordinate service appointments, and ensure guests receive quality work on time.

You will drive sales through guest interactions, train and develop associates, and articulate warranties and promotions. The role requires strong work ethic, teamwork, and ability to read procedures and follow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

General Description

As a Service Manager you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's auto service centers by making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. You will also be responsible for managing the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments and organizing work flow to deliver quality work on time to guests. • Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive service sales experience.
• Previous automotive service experience.
