Job summary

Flynns of Ohio Inc is looking for a Service Manager to lead the Service Department and support the store manager in daily operations. The role offers a competitive base with monthly incentives and a total compensation range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually.

• Must work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
