Job summary

Flynn's of Ohio Inc. seeks a Service Manager to lead customer service and support the store manager with facility operations. You will review vehicle inspections and secure parts for repairs, while guiding staff to uphold quality and efficiency.

The position includes a generous compensation package with base pay, commission, and incentives, plus a retirement plan, medical and dental coverage, and up to 20 paid time off days annually. No Sundays or major holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
