Flynns of Ohio Inc in Allison Park, PA is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist the store manager with facility operations.

This role offers a competitive base salary with a generous commission program, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and up to 20 paid time off days per year. Never work Sundays or major holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within given instructions and routines.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and state inspection guidelines.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Department Personnel.
• Review Vehicle Inspections.
• Create Service Estimates.
• Present Service Estimate and inform Customer.
• Secure Parts Required for Repairs.
• Assist Customers as Needed.
• Achieve Sales Objectives.
• Manage Parts Inventory.
• Drive Company and Store Processes.
• Ensure Work Quality and Integrity.
• Follow and support Established Phone Processes.
• Support Manager in All Operations.
