Job summary

Champion Homes Center of Supply, NC is seeking a motivated professional to service award-winning floor plans placed on new home site developments. You will coordinate activities involved in handling service orders and customer service to ensure timely, quality work.

Responsibilities include recommending corrective actions for customer complaints and expediting workflows while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Background checks are standard in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.
• Answers questions about service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Issues written and oral instructions for Service Department.
• Ensures vendor parts and retailer labor is recovered as stipulated in "Champion Supplier and Retailer Recovery".
• Reviews contractor bills and ensures the work is in accordance with the amount being charged.
