Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• On-call for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair.
• Locks and keys; basic carpentry; painting and drywall repair.
• Janitorial, grounds and snow removal.
• Respond to and remedy maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee vendors/contractors and manage paperwork.
