Responsibilities

• Ensure proper service estimates are delivered to the customer; quote tire prices accurately.
• Complete work orders, PM checklists, and other paperwork effectively and efficiently.
• Process billing and protect company assets by monitoring inventory levels.
• Assist the Center Manager with hiring, training, and supervising associates.
• Communicate work assignments and responsibilities to associates.
• Support staffing and training to maintain qualified personnel.
• Foster effective communication across the center and maintain a safe workplace.
