Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers (CTSC) is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department at a Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center. You will oversee a team, assist technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering service excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience and prior commercial tire experience. A valid driver's license and willingness to work nights/weekends are required, with safety and DOT qualifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial tire experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to work nights and weekends; DOT driver qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Manager in achieving sales, units, and profit budgeted objectives.
• Ensure accurate service estimates and tire pricing.
• Complete work orders and billing efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels and protect company assets.
• Train and manage associates; coordinate staffing and assignments.
