Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers in Seattle seeks a Service Manager to lead the service department, oversee technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will help manage the center’s operations, estimates, pricing, and paperwork while promoting safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication ability.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Manager in achieving sales, units, and profit objectives.
• Ensure accurate service estimates and tire price quotes.
• Complete work orders, PM checklists, and related paperwork efficiently.
• Maintain inventory awareness and protect company assets.
• Support staff training and staffing levels for coverage.
