Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead an auto service center, overseeing the service department, scheduling staff, and coordinating workflows to ensure timely, quality work for guests.

You will drive service and tire sales through guest interactions, build strong guest relationships, and train team members on procedures and warranties while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous automotive service sales experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop department staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling associates, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by acting as liaison between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department staff.
