Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high‑performing service operation, coaching the team to deliver top‑notch pest control for homes and businesses. This role blends technical know‑how with strong people skills to build customer trust and drive service excellence.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and field operations, with opportunities to advance and earn a rewards trip for top performers. A company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive training program are included.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed course of action, and delivery of outstanding empathetic customer service every time
• Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
