Job summary

MobilityWorks is seeking a Service Manager in New York to oversee scheduling, production, service, and maintenance tasks for our mobility vehicle fleet. The role emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule, with regular business hours and no late nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive repair management experience, proficiency in electrical/automotive wiring, and a high school diploma or GED, plus exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review the schedule daily in Salesforce.
• Schedule all production, service, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate incoming production jobs with the sales team and notify scheduling, delivery, and installation demos.
• Review all files before installations, including hours, applications, fitting times, alignment, and parts concerns.
• Document serial numbers and complete warranty cards during production.
• Manage all customer write-ups and pre-print orders.
• Monitor stock units and post labor times daily for ongoing jobs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and participate in audits.
• Schedule monthly service meetings with all technicians and the general manager.
