• Supervise 3–5 service technicians, hiring additional as revenue grows.
• Track work orders from start to completion.
• Manage preventive maintenance agreements and renewals.
• Manage service inventory, fleet inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee billing, collections, department P&L, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
