Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead a high-performance team and deliver top-tier pest control service. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, integrity, and innovation while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Training is provided with no industry experience required. A company vehicle, competitive pay, and a 401(k) program are included, along with opportunities to volunteer and support the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after training.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service with safety.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and empathy.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies.
