Job summary

Suntex Marinas in New Jersey is seeking a supervisor to lead the service crew and drive performance across a busy marina operation. You will schedule and coordinate service activities, mentor the team, and monitor metrics to ensure high quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor or higher degree in engineering or project management, 5–10 years of related experience, and OEM training. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is expected in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or project management required.
• Five to ten years related progressive experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Factory OEM training and certification a plus.
• Ability to be comfortable in a sales-driven environment requiring both inside and outside effort to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the activities of all service crewmembers.
• Develop the service team skillsets, develop training programs and provide direct hands-on mentoring when required.
• Monitor team performance, production, efficiency and quality metrics to ensure goals are met and supporting overall team quality and training efforts.
• Ensures adherence to departmental and/or operations policies, procedures and practices.

Education
