You will manage service operations, dispatch, and the service P&L for the Northeast region, setting annual goals and mentoring the team to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a service-type role in a related field.
• Post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing financial results is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on selling and performing service work for mechanical and fire protection systems.
• Dispatch service work and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the service P&L for the Northeast Regional office and set regional/team goals.
