The ideal candidate has MSP management experience, can effectively coach teams, and drive measurable improvements while leading Lanspeed's transition to a Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP).

This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to Camarillo, California, with additional responsibilities in financial performance and team management.

Qualifications

• Must reside within a two-hour drive of Camarillo, CA.
• Experience in managing service delivery with clear KPIs.
• Expertise in leading change and operationalizing tools.
