Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager for our Central Oregon operations. This role leads a fast-paced service department, coordinating staff and processes to meet dealership goals and manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional CSI.

The position requires evenings and weekends work and prior management experience in a dealership setting. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, warranty handling, and cross-department collaboration to drive growth, with a focus on safety,

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in a large shop or dealership setting including previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control service department operations to meet dealership goals and manufacturer requirements.
• Supervise department employees and ensure company policies are followed.
• Review and control operational expenses and resolve customer concerns.
• Work directly with service staff to ensure shop productivity and department growth.
• Ensure proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop/oversee marketing efforts for the department.
