Job summary

Red Door Woodfired Grill is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring memorable guest experiences and consistent service. This salaried leadership role emphasizes coaching, team development, and operational excellence across shifts.

You will collaborate with culinary and BOH leaders to maintain standards, drive results, and mentor hourly staff while upholding Red Door’s hospitality values and mission to create memorable moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of leadership experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service, floor management, and guest relations.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Uphold Red Door standards for appearance, professionalism, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations, including pre-shift meetings and end-of-shift responsibilities.
• Train, coach, and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff to uphold service steps and brand expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure timely service and accurate presentation.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary Partner, Kitchen Manager, and BOH leadership for seamless timing between front and back of house.
