Job summary

Lexus of Chandler, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service department. The role focuses on running an efficient, profitable operation, maximizing production, controlling costs, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will oversee staffing, set and drive sales and profit objectives, and maintain service records while upholding our values-driven culture of integrity, professionalism, excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years' service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department to maximize production and profitability.
• Control costs and maintain service records.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele and excellent customer experience.
• Lead, train and motivate the service team to meet goals and uphold standards.
