Texas Roadhouse in Charlotte, NC is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for guests.

The role involves driving sales, enforcing policies, training, staff performance, liquor management, safety, scheduling, and creating a fun, safe work environment while upholding our core values.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing employment policies and ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance and conducting evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Developing key employees, assistant managers and hourly staff with daily feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Scheduling staff and assigning tasks before, during and after open hours
• Creating a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
