Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team in Coppell, Texas. You will hire and manage performance, drive service quality, and ensure a safe work environment while addressing customer issues and optimizing sales outcomes.

This role requires hands-on leadership, training on sales techniques, and other duties such as visits to customer sites, budgeting, and coordinating payroll and inventory goals to maintain world-class service and customer goodwill.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, managing overall team performance, fostering a safe working environment, successfully resolving customer‑related issues, training the team on effective sales techniques, performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction, achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals, managing a budget, and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, assisting with pick‑up and delivery of products or services, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations, lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill, and performing general managerial duties.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer is made/accepted
