Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly oversee our customer-facing Service team in Decatur, GA. The role includes hiring, performance management, driving sales and service excellence, and maintaining top customer satisfaction while meeting budgeted goals.

The position requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong leadership and availability to start quickly are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a service team; oversee overall team performance and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer-related issues and train team on sales skills and service excellence.
• Support service representatives in the field, including site visits and incident resolution as needed.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill to customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
