Job summary

Cintas seeks a Service Manager to directly oversee our customer-facing Service team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will hire, manage performance and foster a safe, productive work environment while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, and coordinate payroll, inventory and operations. Hands-on support includes field visits, driving a company vehicle, and supporting service representatives to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a customer-facing service team.
• Strong leadership and performance management skills.
• Ability to train a team and drive sales techniques.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a customer-facing Service team and personnel.
• Recruit, hire and evaluate staff performance.
• Lead the team to meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Monitor budgets and operational issues impacting service.
• Provide hands-on support and field visits when needed.

Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
