Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; leading a team to deliver world-class service at customer sites and maintain high customer satisfaction.

A strong focus on achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals is required. The role involves hands-on support for direct reports, occasional field visits, and driving a company-owned vehicle to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing service team, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe working environments and high customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques and service quality.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while managing budgets.
• Support service reps in the field and travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial duties.
