Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team in San Francisco. You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff, drive safety, and resolve complex customer issues while maintaining high service levels.

You will oversee sales-related activities, monitor budgets, and ensure alignment with inventory, payroll, and profitability goals. The role requires hands-on support, occasional site visits, and driving a company vehicle to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $82,960 - $110,314/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
