Tire Discounters in Virginia is hiring a Service Manager to lead a team of service and tire technicians, oversee workflow in the service bay, and ensure a WOW experience for customers.

You will coach staff, handle hiring, communicate wait times to sales, and promote safety while maintaining quality standards. A valid driver's license and the ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service/repair (certifications preferred).

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
