Tire Discounters, a family-owned automotive retailer, is seeking a Service Manager in Hollins, VA to lead and develop a team of technicians. You will oversee service bay workflow, communicate with sales, and ensure top quality work and safety while delivering a WOW experience to customers and staff.

Experience in a leadership role, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential. Routine Saturdays and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Position Overview

As a Service Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
