Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned and operated tire business, is recruiting a Service Manager with automotive experience. You will lead a team of service and tire technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

As a manager, you will coach staff, oversee workflow, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively with customers and sales staff. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to WOW service.

Position Overview
As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $70,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
