Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of service and tire technicians and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction at our Kentucky location.

You will coach staff, manage workflow, scheduling, safety, and quality standards, while coordinating with sales and supporting growth opportunities through training and performance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Position Overview
As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of Service and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at your store.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000 - $70,000+ annually

Service Managers are paid a weekly hourly rate, and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
