EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager of Additional Services to lead a team of Additional Service Technicians delivering termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services. **Service Manager – Additional Services** **Position Summary**The Service Manager of Additional Services is responsible for overseeing a team of Additional Service Technicians delivering specialty pest solutions, including termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services. This role drives technician performance through training, quality assurance, and operational oversight while ensuring outstanding customer experience and supporting revenue growth. **Responsibilities*** Develop and grow Additional Service Technicians through onboarding support, structured field training, and performance management.* Ensure service quality, safety, and compliance through ride-alongs, ticket audits, equipment inspections, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.* Own the customer experience by resolving service issues, auditing accounts, reviewing feedback, and coaching technicians to improve satisfaction.* Support revenue growth by identifying service opportunities, reinforcing sales assist behaviors, and partnering with Sales, Field Managers, and the General Manager.* Oversee operational efficiency including inventory, equipment, routing, GPS data, and service effectiveness.* Provide field support by completing routes as needed and responding to urgent or high-priority service requests. **Qualifications and Requirements*** 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred* Must be 21 years of age or older* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).* High School Diploma or GED, preferred **Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is $60,000.
