Florida Avenue Brewing Co. is hiring a Full-Time Service Manager in Wesley Chapel, FL. This onsite role focuses on leading Front of House operations during our busiest evening hours, mentoring Servers and Hosts, and ensuring top-tier guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in hospitality management, strong scheduling skills, and expertise with Toast POS/Toast Tables and Google Sheets/Calendar to optimize staffing and service flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to handle scheduling and performance management for a diverse team.
• High proficiency with Toast POS & Toast Tables for floor charts and KDS flow.
• Experience using Google Sheets and Calendar for staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

Make a difference as a Service Manager

As the Service Manager at Florida Avenue Brewing Co., your primary mission is to lead from the front, becoming the face of operations during our busiest hours, primarily in the evenings. You will directly manage and mentor our Servers and Hosts, empowering them to deliver exceptional service while expertly overseeing the atmosphere and pacing of the floor. Your role involves handling guest recovery and optimizing seating efficiency at the host stand. While your focus is on Front of House (FOH) operations, you will collaborate closely with the Back of House (BOH) Manager, stepping in as needed to assist in Expo or run food during peak times. Additionally, as a key opener and closer, you will ensure the facility's security and set your team up for success, demonstrating an operational ownership that reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
