White Knight Pest Control is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead and support our technician team. As the day-to-day support for your branch, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction, while running a route 3–4 days per week.

The ideal candidate will hold a pest control license with at least one year of experience, a valid Driver's License for 4+ years, and the ability to pass pre-employment/random drug

Qualifications

• Valid pest control license with at least 1 year of experience in any state.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 4 years with a clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets, 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• Age 21+ and ability to pass pre-employment/random drug testing including THCCBD.

Responsabilités

• Open the office and support technicians each morning.
• Report and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Distribute and manage product chemical inventory.
• Facilitate weekly training sessions and ride-along field training.
• Motivate and lead technicians to deliver top-tier service.

About the Role

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience any state Valid Drivers License held for at least 4 years Clean driving record no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at fault accidents in the past 3 years At least 21 years of age insurance requirement Ability to pass pre employment and random drug testing including for THCCBD regardless of legality or prescription
