Job summary

White Knight Pest Control is seeking a Service Manager to lead and support our technician team on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction, with a typical route of 3–4 days per week.

• Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including THC/CBD.

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day support leader for your branch’s technician team. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction. This role includes running a route 3–4 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience (any state).

Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.

Clean driving record: no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including for THC/CBD, regardless of legality or prescription.

1+ year of pest control experience (required).
