White Knight Pest Control in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Service Manager to lead the technician team and partner with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, development, and customer satisfaction. This role includes running a route 3–4 days per week.

You will open the office, manage inventory, and conduct weekly training sessions, while guiding staff to outstanding service and compliance with policies. A valid pest control license, clean driving record, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of pest control experience.
• Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including THC/CBD.

Responsibilities

• Open the office and support technicians each morning.
• Report and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Distribute and manage product (chemical) inventory.
• Facilitate weekly training sessions and ride-along field training.
• Motivate and lead technicians to deliver top-tier service.

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day support leader for your branch’s technician team. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction. This role includes running a route 3–4 days per week.

Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.
