Job summary

Boucher Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Manager for our Hyundai & Nissan Lake Country locations in Oconomowoc. This role leads one of the region's largest service departments, focusing on customer satisfaction, technician coordination, and efficient lane flow.

The ideal candidate will have CDK experience and a track record of high CSI. OEM experience is a plus, and the successful candidate will drive service excellence while managing a team in a dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the largest and highest-grossing Service Departments in Southeast Wisconsin.
• Excel at handling customers, technicians, and lane management.
• Maintain high CSI and ensure smooth service operations.
• Collaborate with OEMs and leverage CDK experience to optimize workflow.

POSITION

The Boucher Group requires anExperienced Automotive Service Manager for our Hyundai & Nissan Lake Country locations in Oconomowoc. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the largest and highest-grossing Service Departments in Southeast Wisconsin. High CSI is a requirement. CDK experience is required; those with experience with any OEM are encouraged to apply. Must excel at handling customers, technicians, and lane management.
