We are seeking a detail‑oriented leader to manage the Service Department.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Service Advisor / Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our repair shop. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage workflow, customer communication, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the service department
• Coordinate workflow between technicians and front office
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Write, review, and close repair orders and invoices accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and costs
• Organize vehicle flow, parking, and shop logistics
• Ensure a clean, efficient, and well‑run shop environment
• Handle billing, payments, and follow‑up
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
