Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Service Manager in Nashville to lead route operations and the customer experience. You will hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pickup soil products daily, stepping in on routes when needed.

As a leader, you’ll own daily account functions, drive audits, and manage fleet safety and efficiency while growing leadership within a fast-moving healthcare linen provider.

Responsibilities

• Own the routes, team, and customer experience end-to-end.
• Hire, train, and coach Route Service Representatives (RSRs).
• Cover routes during absences and lead market startups.
• Manage daily account functions: audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, logs.
• Maintain truck/vehicle logs and linen reconciliation.
• Ensure the right product, quantity, and timely delivery to customers.

You'll hire, train, and coach the Route Service Representatives who deliver clean linen and pick up soil product every day - and you'll be ready to run a route yourself when the business needs you to. • Can adapt fast - competing demands and a rapidly growing customer base don't rattle you
• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements

A bachelor's degree is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
