Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Nashville is looking for a Service Manager to lead route operations, hire and train the Route Service Representatives, and step in to run routes when needed. You’ll own the customer experience, focus on safety and compliance, and guide growth as we expand to new hospitals.

You’ll cover routes during absences, run route logistics around vacations, and act as RSR during market startup. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, route-based distribution setting.

• Have reliable transportation and can pass customer credentialing requirements
