Job summary

North Central Utility (NCU) is seeking a self-motivated Service Manager in St. Augusta, MN to lead the service department and drive profitability. You will oversee staff, coordinate with parts and sales, and ensure timely reporting and paperwork accuracy.

The role includes commission opportunities, a robust benefits package, and ongoing training. Visit industry workshops as needed and foster customer relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase NCU profit margins

• Effectively manage execution of projects at the store level
• Manage department/staff training using industry best practices
