Job summary

Corky’s Pest Control in Southern California is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our pest control team, oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll drive efficiency, manage projects like fumigation and large accounts, travel to meet clients and support technicians, and uphold our standards of safety and excellence.

The position requires 3–5 years in a management role and a state license.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong negotiation and team management skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math, sales, and inventory management.
• Experience with payroll and budgeting.

Work Environment

As an Operations Manager, you’ll work in diverse settings—offices, homes, schools, and more. Expect to:

• Work outdoors in any weather
• Travel for evaluations and staffing
• Assist technicians with pest issues
• Use safety equipment and operate company vehicles

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days
