The Park Butterfield apartments are in need of a Service Manager who will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to our residents, vendors, employees, and owner. Pay: $35 per hour plus renewal commissions & quarterly bonuses.

• Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pools, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety, and cleanliness.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
• Exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
• Learn and comply with industry legal requirements, including federal and local Fair Housing Laws
• Work both individually and on a team to maximize occupancy and achieve owner goals
• Provide an exceptional living experience to our residents
• Provide an exceptional working environment to our associates
• Observe all health and safety guidelines
• Availability to respond to emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift up to fifty pounds unassisted, squat and reach overhead and below.
• Order supplies and manage inventory control with established budgeted parameters
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records
• Timely and accurate submission of required reports and all other required operational items
• Perform routine site inspections and obtain bids for projects
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations
• Creative and strategic approach in overseeing all aspects of property.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Prior Multifamily Housing experience required
