Job description

The Field Service Manager will lead the field service team by providing guidance in equipment and customer service functions, developing the team of service technicians, enhancing customer relations, and managing service and parts KPI's and improving revenue.

We are looking for a strong leader; someone who is passionate about career development and career pathing conversations with their team, will roll their sleeves up to develop one on one, and is comfortable holding their team accountable in a remote setting through establishing clear and direct objectives and methods to set up their team for success.

This is a remote position that will require ~50% travel. There will be times that the amount of travel can exceed or fall short of 50% depending on the needs of the business.
