IR Pros in Mansfield, TX, is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager to lead our service operations. You will supervise technicians, manage customer relations, and drive safety and efficiency across ammonia, Freon, and CO2 systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of refrigeration experience with 3+ years in leadership, RETA/ EPA credentials, and strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. This role includes a focus on safety, budgeting, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial refrigeration experience, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• EPA Universal Certification required; RETA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with ammonia and Freon-based systems; CO2 a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff.
• Schedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems.
• Review and approve service reports, work orders, and job costing.
• Maintain proper inventory and procurement of parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.
• Ensure all service work complies with OSHA, EPA, IIAR, RETA and local regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, service revenues, and profitability.
