Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead pest control field operations in Lake Charles. You will coordinate branch scheduling, ensure pest technician routes are completed, monitor safety, and uphold regulatory compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license in home state.
• 1–2 years related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, presenting.
• Problem solving with practical solutions.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Good basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales/service calculations.
