Pulse is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience and driving service excellence across FOH operations.

This role emphasizes training, cross-training, schedule management, inventory control in Zenput, and collaboration with production teams. You will oversee weekly forecasts, orders, and the service tracker while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand 4–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Provide professional attire (black dress pants, non-slip shoes).
• Works up to 45–50 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Drive Through service with speed initiatives and PA cross-training.
• Onboard new Service Team Members and execute a 5-day training plan.
• Coordinate with Production Team and communicate Service Team needs.
• Manage weekly forecasts, food/chicken orders, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain Service Tracker, rSuccess Scorecard/ACR, and Qualtrics alerts.
• Oversee loyalty and smallware documentation; inventory in Zenput.
• Ensure dining room, curb appeal, and FOH closing procedures.

Pulse is seeking a Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a

memorable dining experience. The Service Manager is passionate about providing Guests with the best

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Training and Execution

• Drive Thru service with speed initiatives
• Cross-training of team members and PA completions
• Echo communication from Service Team to Production Team
• LTO training of procedures and follow-up of the execution
• Onboarding of new Service Team Members (includes orientation, training, and follow-up on PA)
• 5-day New Hire Training plan executed, schedule NH and cross training
• Developing a Pros Team or crew trainers
• Completing and analyzing the Service Tracker

Administrative Work

• Weekly forecasted sales to be submitted to RGM by EOD Monday
• Weekly Food and chicken orders
• Weekly writing of schedule to be submitted to RGM by EOD Tuesday
• Weekly review and goal setting for the shift huddles
• Weekly review and goal setting for the restaurant's rSuccess Scorecard /ACR
• Handling guest complaints and Qualtrics alerts
• All management team and team members have access to Popeyes Academy
• Tracking the progress of team members and the management team in the Popeyes Academy
• Document smallware that needed to be purchased for the service area by completing the Smallware
• Inventory in Zenput

Restaurant Follow Up

• Communicates with the RGM regarding ongoing issues with the production and service team
• All Daily tasks for the Image Calendar completed in Zenput
• Dining room and packing areas are neat, clean, and organized
• Curb Appeal - landscaping, corners of the parking lot, signage, drive-thru menus, trash cans
• Cashier/Drive-Thru areas are neat, clean, and organized
• Marketing Materials, POPs, and table tents are in good condition
• Proper FOH closing procedures are being followed
• IDMB/ODMB and Music in working condition

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand on your feet for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8-10 hours.
• Capable of reaching overhead, bending, and lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Motivation to learn and follow directions.
• Black Dress Pants and Non-Slip Shoes: Provide your own attire for a professional appearance and safety in the workplace.
• Working Hours: Works up to 45-50 hours per week.
