Job summary

LUMA Residential in Irving, TX is seeking an Apartment Service Manager to lead the onsite service team at Woodland Hills. The role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus and a starting pay of $33.00+ per hour, full-time, 40 hours weekly, with relocation or move-in readiness support as part of the package.

You will oversee maintenance, coordinate make-readies, and ensure efficient repairs across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent leadership and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Previous Service Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Technician, or similar leadership experience preferred
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• EPA/CFC Type II certification required
• Pool certification or ability to obtain as required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the onsite service team

What You'll Do
